The Field Supervisor for Walden Security manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities, at the field level, of all assigned Security Officers and executes all tasks related to maintaining prescribed standards in compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures by performing the following duties:
* Other duties may be assigned by the Field Manager or Operations Manager.
* Provides the first line of supervision during those hours when an Operations Staff member is not on duty.
* Works as an armed, uniformed officer and is able to legally carry a firearm in applicable states and/or locations.
* Has a working knowledge and understanding of the Specific and General Post instructions for all Branch posts; Has practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client.
* Patrols Branch assigned posts and accounts, using a company provided vehicle.
* Has authority invested in them to make decisions that are in compliance with Walden policies.
* Has the authority to relieve any security officer that is in violation of Walden rules/regulations/ procedures.
* Provides shift supervision of all posts and the security officers, including the Roving patrols on duty during that time, randomly visiting post/accounts and performing inspections of the security officers manning the posts.
* Conducts inspections of posts and Security Officers for proper compliance with the specific Post Orders, Walden procedures, and general knowledge of post assignment.
* Assists in conducting on-the-job-training for newly assigned security officers as necessary.
* Responds to building/facility and bank alarms upon request throughout the assigned area and ATM alarms as required.
* Responds to urgent client needs/requests for services or changes to services.
* Informs the Field Manager or Operations Manager of matters/issues that cannot wait until the next workday.
* Records the daily events of their post/shift on the Daily Inspection Report (DIR) which will be reviewed daily by the Field Manager or Operations Manager and QA Manager.
* Fills any post that becomes open during their shift of duty with an off duty security officer. Works the shift of any posts that cannot be filled, until such time as a post qualified security officer can be scheduled.
* Examines doors, windows, and gates of assigned posts to determine that they are secure.
* Warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
* Registers at watch stations to record time of inspection trips and contracted random inspections.
Requirements -

* Ability to pass drug test, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
* Must have at LEAST 3 years security experience
* Must have Supervisor experience

Job Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership for ABA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated plans and funds. This role ensures the integrity of financial operations, compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, and transparent reporting to the Board and executive leadership. The position partners closely with the Chief Finance & Administration Officer (CFAO), shaping financial strategy, risk management, and investment decisions while leading a team of eleven responsible for operational excellence.
The CFO also serves as ABA's Controller and reports directly to the CFAO.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Operations
Manage accounting for ABA, its three nonprofit subsidiaries, two for-profit entities, two affiliates, PAC, and Thrift and Retiree Medical Plans.
Ensure accurate, complete, and GAAP-compliant financial records.
Implement and maintain internal controls that safeguard assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Oversee multi-state payroll, accounts payable (including P-Card, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements), accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and short-term investment strategies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead development and consolidation of ABA's annual budget (operating, capital, board-designated funds), ensuring appropriate allocation of internal costs and alignment with organizational priorities.
Provide regular forecasting of operating results, cash flows, and fund utilization.
Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to inform leadership of decision-making.
Support CFAO with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and short-term investments across all funds, including General, VEBA, Board-designated, and restricted funds, optimizing returns while ensuring resources are available for operational and strategic needs.
Financial Reporting & Audit
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to the Board, executive leadership, and department heads.
Support external audits and internal audit processes, including management responses and implementation of audit recommendations for seven annual financial audits.
Ensure compliance with all reporting standards and FASB requirements.
Tax and Compliance
Oversee timely filing of sales, income, payroll, property, and informational tax returns, as well as lobbying reports.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including sales tax and vendor documentation (W-9/W-8).
Ensure all revenue management systems comply with state sales tax regulations, maintaining accurate setup and reporting across platforms (e.g., Nimble AMS and Cornerstone LMS).
Investment Management
Manage ABA's investment portfolio in accordance with Investment Policy Statements and in coordination with the Investment Advisory Committee.
Serve as staff liaison to the Investment Advisory Committee and investment consultant; oversee fund rebalancing, manager selection, and policy updates.
Optimize returns on operating funds while maintaining liquidity for operational needs.
Financial Systems Administration
Oversee the financial system of record (Workday) and integrations with planning, revenue management, contract management, and P-Card systems.
Ensure system enhancements, reporting, and internal control requirements are implemented efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities
Recommend, update, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures annually.
Maintain Finance Department business continuity plans.
Serve as backup to CFAO for all financial matters.
Lead or participate in special financial projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance or Accounting, Bachelor's required, Advanced Degree or MBA strongly preferred.

20+ years of progressive and related experience.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for the transportation of heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform all duties in accordance with the Company's safety rules, regulations, and practices, and report unsafe conditions and practices.
Operate, inspect, and service (including minor adjustments and maintenance) cranes, dozers, pulling equipment, digger derrick, large bucket trucks, excavator and similar heavy equipment.
Operate large equipment capacity tandem axle tractor/trailer to haul station equipment, heavy construction equipment, and large material components; load and unload heavy construction equipment.

Receive and payout money and keep records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transaction by performing Member Service Associate duties. See Member Service Associate job description for more information.
Respond to member inquiries and requests regarding financial services and enter them into applicable computer systems and programs.
Approve loans within specified limits OR refer to a manager with recommendations to obtain approval.
Oversee timely loan closing and funding activities.
Provide ongoing relationship servicing with current members to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
Assist members with problem resolution and account reconciliation.
Responsible for Safe Deposit box transactions
Execute, key, and verify wire transfers.
