Pros of working at Waldorf University

I love the small friendly community of students and employees. It's a flexible environment with awesome opportunities for students and employees. I have amazing variety in what I get to do each day along with support from others.

Cons of working at Waldorf University

I wish the pay was a bit better but to be expected in the small rural community of very affordable living enviroment, so no complaints.

Very diverse student population. Employee diversity improving but can be a struggle in the small rural town that sometimes would not attract a lot of diversity like a larger city. . . to be expected.

Working relationships with my students and staff around me. Fun place to be, always something going on.
