Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role located in West Allis, WI at XCEED MEDICAL, LLC. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, front office tasks, customer service, and effective communication with patients and staff. Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office tasks Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
