The Reliability Planner Scheduler will use their comprehensive understanding of systems reliability, maintenance and associated work flow processes to execute the sites asset care strategy, driving system reliability, uptime, in the automated distribution environment. A solid understanding of maintenance reliability methodologies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition Based Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is critical to success. Proactively tracks department and site metrics and KPI's to understand opportunities to drive reliability. Responsible for the overall maintenance work load and will coordinate all proactive maintenance and reliability efforts. In-depth knowledge of automated material handling systems (MHE) including conveyor, sortation, storage retrieval machines as well as building systems is required to scope, plan and schedule maintenance activity.
