Deliver durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in homes and ALFs, ensuring proper assembly and functionality. Provide training to patients and caregivers on the correct use of DME. Perform routine venipuncture for laboratory testing and ensure proper specimen handling and labeling. Collect blood specimens during home or facility visits as needed to support patient care and diagnostics. Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or Licensed Nurse preferred. Certifications or licenses must be in good standing. Phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced in phlebotomy, candidate must be willing to complete training and demonstrate competency in the skill. Previous experience in public health or home health preferred.
