The IT Support Specialist is responsible for IT support for the Regional Office including but not limited to jobsites in several locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsible for the day-to-day desktop/laptop, cellular, telephone and local network support of assigned offices and jobsites.
Provide end-user support and problem resolution for desktop computers, laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.

Monitor and oversee execution of the competitive bid process via Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ) for their team.

Lead aggregated sourcing events across regions as needed to drive procurement value on behalf of Rosendin Electric (REI).

The Senior Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform quality assurance and quality control shop inspections to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customers' and contract quality and workmanship expectations.

Position Overview
The Regional Division Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions within the Division, including project management operations, field operations, estimating, scheduling, warehousing, onboarding, permitting, and office management. The Senior Substation Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the design as it relates to electrical substation civil/structural engineering, specifically for HV/MV substation projects. He or She will interface with the preconstruction/estimating and project execution teams to ensure that the civil/structural designs meet all applicable codes and standards and are satisfactory to Rosendin expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Electrical substation civil/structural design including permitting support, site layout, grading design, main equipment foundations for main circuit breakers, main transformers and switches etc., cable trenches, manholes, cable trays, retaining wall design, stormwater analysis, containment structure design, survey coordination, and civil construction support.
Review civil construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules.
Provide support for transmission line right-of-way access improvement design including culvert sizing, stormwater drainage analysis, stabilization specification, construction support, and inspection.
Assist with analyzing the design for various civil elements related to high-voltage power transmission and substation design.
Partner with clients, vendors, permitting agencies, and various other team members and stakeholders to see projects through to completion.
Assist with estimating to help approximate civil quantities for pricing exercises
Develop civil engineering scope of work for pursuits.
Interface with appropriate project management and field supervision team to provide civil engineering input and knowledge for possible projects Rosendin is pursuing.
Review (QA/QC) civil engineering drawing packages from contracted firms for solar PV projects.
Interface with project management team, field/operations team and other engineering disciplines to ensure all civil aspects of the design are met to Rosendin standards and consider constructability
Attend project meetings (on-site as necessary or remotely).
Provide alternative engineering methods related to civil engineering that may offer cost savings to the project.
Interface directly with civil engineering subcontractors to ensure the most cost effective and code compliant design is being considered and implemented.

The Electrical Substation Designer III is responsible for the creation of marked drawings and other documents to show equipment and device layouts and branch circuiting for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. Work closely with project manager and take design lead on projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide calculations and documentation for design of lighting and power systems.
Provide details as required to define and clarify the intent of the design on drawings.
Coordinates with clients, architects, and other discipline engineers to complete drawings.
Mark-up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill in panel board schedules with moderate supervision.
Perform Title 24 lighting rules and requirements, or any local jurisdiction's energy requirements with no supervision.
Apply Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection for published schedules. Has a working knowledge of feeder sizing but may not be able to complete engineering calculations without assistance from the Engineer.
Calculate lighting levels and layout fixtures for all traditional spaces. Would require assistance of an Engineer for spaces of high finish, specific application or aesthetic sensitivity.
Select appropriate lighting fixtures and controls from either the Rosendin standards or product lines as appropriate for the project.
Calculate power loads, size feeders, and determine estimated demand load summary for a distribution system.
Perform coordination with all other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment and OPCI systems.
Create details as required to define installation for construction.
Run short circuit studies.
Have familiarity with the National Electrical Code and know how to use it as a reference.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.
Work closely with the Rosendin Operations Project Manager to coordinate the design criteria with budgetary issues.
Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage sub-contractors and designs with supervision and assistance.

The Director of Procurement, Materials (East & Central) for major projects is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the East and Central regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. Identify and manage the internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to establish a culture of continuous improvement on behalf of REI. Ensure proposed and implemented mitigation actions are appropriately addressing identified deficiency gaps.
Accountable for all material sourcing events, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, to minimize operational disruption, mitigate supplier risks, and drive value to the REI bottom line
Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.
Ensure Operations receives the appropriate support required for the development of their project estimates based on material pricing and statement of work expertise
Manage and oversee the Enterprise database that is utilized by the Estimating department to quote material prices for future projects
Responsible for ensuring all recommend awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority and that adherence to procurement policies and procedures is strictly enforced.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Senior Estimator is the Lead Estimator for projects and works with other Estimators, suppliers, and customers to complete the estimate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prepare estimate from quantity take-off on project and complete estimate to computer printout.
Identify parts of project that may be key to making a competitive estimate.
Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Evaluate areas for potential value engineering cost savings.
Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates for assigned bids.
Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
Develop labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.
Prepare detailed listing of material and equipment items for the estimate and to obtain quotes.
Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and be responsible for soliciting quotes. Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Draft scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Chief Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with the Project Management departments to fully explain job scope, potential areas of attention and other aspects for the successful transition of the project.
Maintain files of all working documents to back-up estimate figures and update the Rosendin approved estimating program.

Responsibilities
Executes various technical tasks and responsibilities within field operations. Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems. Ensures the functionality and reliability of various technologies. Qualifications

The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.

Assist with installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state, and local electrical codes along with all Rosendin policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use industry related hand tools and power tools, under supervision.
Assist the Inside Wireman with measuring, cutting, bending, threading and installing wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
