Pros of working at Wallick Communities

Time off during the Holidays.

Cons of working at Wallick Communities

Dangerous work environments: desperate, crime filled communities (not all, but most). Disconnected, Disingenuous, Dishonest, Disrespectful Upper Management. Mission is noble, but Wallick does not have the wherewithal to handle the mission. Critical Vendors do not get paid in a timely manner. Vindictive group of upper managers. Suffice to say, there are lots of cons.

Lots of praise heaped upon others. Is it substantive or just cheerleading?

How would you improve Wallick Communities's culture?

Reorganize so vendors can get paid. Replace most of upper management.

Studied the company, the market of affordable housing. I practiced interview question responses. I also relaxed and was just myself.

Comparable, but lacking for the productivity output expected.

What's the diversity at Wallick Communities like?

It’s over the top - way too much emphasis on DEI. DEI is important, but it clouds the mission and is a definite distraction.

What brings you the most joy at Wallick Communities?

Going home at the end of the week. Wallick is pretty bad. I would advise to avoid t all costs.
