This entry-level position is responsible for learning and training on a variety of tasks to process, dry and package whey products that meet customer expectations and support the achievement of the company's vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions
Provide assistance to operators and learn the basics of each position.
Perform preventative operator maintenance (POM) duties and complete additional cleaning tasks as determined by the supervisor.
Provide support to Whey Operator during CIP process.
Monitor, test and correct CIP concentrations.
Assist and support cleaning-related POMs.
Assist in CIP on MP RO/POL, Water HTST and all associated lines, tanks and equipment according to SOPs.
Provide support to Lactose Operator and Evap Operator during CIP process.
Monitor and sample RO/POL/HTST process during shutdown, CIP, and startup at specified control points and correct any deviations from defined analytical set points.
Transport finished WPC80 and Lactose to storage.
Maintain good communications with lead and/or supervisors to ensure a safe, continuous product flow and proper maintenance of equipment.
Complete and maintain appropriate paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
Operate and monitor assigned food safety preventative controls including verification activities, equipment operation, records requirements and corrective action database.
Safely handle, prepare and use chemicals while wearing proper PPE.
Attend and/or complete required safety and quality training sessions by the assigned deadlines.
Comply with all company safety rules to achieve no injuries and no lost time accidents.
Understand and adhere to all food safety, GMPs, and OSHA policies and procedures.
Adhere to all standard GMPs and performs all work in a manner that ensures the highest standard of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment. May include bulk and or packaged material.
Control and monitor all load out functions.
Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect in-use equipment looking for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others to customer sites.
Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills. Complete appropriate record keeping.
Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
Perform warehouse work including driving loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
Promptly report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Laundry Aide duties on a regular schedule.
Uses only approved cleaning products in accordance with label instructions or instructions provided by supervisor.
Maintains the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and others by keeping cleaning products in a locked cart or cabinet when not in use.
Reports repair needs to the supervisor or the Facilities and Plant Operations Department in accordance with established procedures.
Advises the supervisor of supply and equipment needs.
As assigned and in accordance with established time frames, transports soiled laundry receptacles to the laundry area.
Sorts laundry according to established standards, pre-soaks as necessary to remove or prevent stains, and loads washing machines.
Transfers washed laundry from the washing machine to the dryer(s) in an approved, sanitized container.
Sets washing machine(s) and dryer(s) to appropriate operational settings to ensure that laundered items are washed and dried in an appropriate and safe manner.
Removes dried laundry from dryer(s) and folds, stacks or hangs clean items in proper location away from soiled laundry. Cleans lint traps of dryers regularly.
Housekeeping Aide duties on a regular schedule.
Empties trash.
Cleans, mops, scrubs, sweeps, or vacuums floors.
Cleans, washes, dusts, or polishes hardware, furniture, mirrors, bedside lighting fixtures, vents, radiators, and exteriors of cabinets and equipment.
Cleans patient rooms and/or offices thoroughly by mopping floors, washing furniture, scrubbing plastic cushions, frames, and cleaning and washing bathroom fixtures and walls.
Reports repairs needed to supervisors, including broken or cracked windowpanes, leaky faucets, toilets, loose tiles, broken venetian blinds, and damaged furniture.

About the role
The Ag/Commercial Loan Officer position specializes in providing loans and other banking products to commercial clients across multiple areas, such as business banking, agricultural, and commercial real estate. What you will do as the Process Operator:
Coordinate work functions with fellow team members and other departments within RRE
Learn and operate the Distribution Control System (DCS) and other processes associated with the plant operations
Collect and test quality control samples on all product streams and interpret QA/QC results, and take action when required
Ensure that timely and accurate daily documentation of all process information is completed, and sample results are entered into the computer
Understand and follow plant operating procedures for start-up, shut-down, temporary, and emergency operations
Utilize process data, trend analysis, and training to monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to process conditions to optimize plant operation
Attend and participate in shift exchange meetings at the beginning and end of the shift with oncoming/outgoing team members of the previous shift, events, and current process status
What you'll bring to the Process Operator role:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Secondary education and/or certifications are beneficial
Experience in a production environment is preferred
Working knowledge of math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required
Forklift certification (or ability to achieve) required, as well as a valid driver's license
Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications
Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to multitask, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team
