Pros of working at Walmart

If you work there long enough you acrue mad amounts of PTO and PPO. And you do get some really cool customers that make your job enjoyable

Cons of working at Walmart

Instead of seeing the potential in people, teaching and nurturing those qualities. It's easier for them to have feedbacks and coachings! Which in essence. Makes you a constant target! Same goes if you can't talk to upper management. And decide to call ethics. That makes you an even bigger target! Also if your really good at what you do in one specific area. Your kind of stuck there. Since you'll probably pick up some other slackers pace/work. Have never seen so many salaried managers have quote "under the radar" flings with female employees! And lastly. Being micromanaged to death!

Walmart benefits

Break, lunch, break, home. Driving with the windows down. No radio. Cause I'm burnt out on that piped in music.

What do you like best about Walmart's CEO and the leadership team?

Leadership and management practices need a complete overhaul! In fact. They make most processes more complex then they need to be. Keep that machine simple!

Emploees. After you work a 40hr week. Your co workers become your work family. Your happy when their happy. Your sad when their sad. Same goes for the whole range of emotions.
