As the Associate Category Lead for Secondary Markets, you'll manage products, sales channels, vendors, projects and programs within reverse commerce. You'll have direct responsibility for the execution and delivery of strategic plans co-created with reverse commerce leadership. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the company to maximize recovery across many sources and conditions of inventory. You'll have responsibility for the negotiation and approval of the returns portion of Vendor Program agreements. As the Marketplace Seller Onboarding and Incubation Lead, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for helping new sellers successfully launch on the Best Buy marketplace platform and accelerate their sales ramp. You will lead a team of onboarding specialists to deliver a best-in-class seller experience, guiding sellers through their entire onboarding journey-including store setup, Know Your Customer, payments, catalog management, offer setup, and return processes. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of onboarding specialists to consistently achieve onboarding goals and revenue targets. Basic qualifications 6 years of experience in onboarding, account management, customer success, sales enablement, or related areas. 2 years of experience with online marketplaces, e-commerce, or other digitally focused areas. 3 years of direct people leadership experience. Preferred qualifications 3 years of experience in the marketplace ecosystem, including sellers, integrators, and/or catalog solutions. 3 years of experience supporting and scaling seller or customer programs from onboarding through account growth. 3 years of partnering with technology and operations teams to improve capabilities and drive accretive performance improvements. 2 years of experience with Marketplace Platforms (Mirakl).
