Source and purchase vehicles from third-party lead providers, social platforms, and Walser lead streams
Monitor new opportunities and explore alternative acquisition channels
Track incoming leads, contact sellers, and manage communication via phone, text, and email

Support the sales team by helping coordinate trade-in appointments

How does a Parts Counter Drive Impact?

Create special order requests for parts not in stock and/or acquire in town if possible

Responsibilities
As a Service Runner you will assist with a variety of driving-related tasks in the Service Department including transporting vehicles to assigned technicians, moving them through the car wash, and positioning them for customer pick-up.

What You'll Do
Provide Tier I technical support, assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal users
Support installation and configuration of applications and systems, both in-office and at field locations
Deliver friendly, professional helpdesk assistance while learning to take on basic Tier II troubleshooting tasks (network configuration, workstation diagnostics, application performance)
Conduct lifecycle management of hardware and software, ensuring accurate asset records are maintained
Participate in IT projects, helping design milestones, execute tasks, and drive results
Collaborate closely with Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams to support organizational initiatives

What You'll Bring
2-year degree in a computer-related discipline, relevant certifications, or equivalent experience
Current experience with Windows workstations and Microsoft Entra Admin Center
Strong organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to occasionally travel to out-of-state locations

How do our Staff Accountants Drive Impact?
Handling daily accounting of select corporate and affiliate businesses including recording bank activity, intercompany activity, payroll postings, check requests, credit card activity, etc.
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Prepare account reconciliations and analysis as required (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually)
