As a Lead Carpenter with CB Construction, you will be in the critical role of driving the success of projects and the company, and responsible for delivering that high-quality experience to our clients and ensuring expert results. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project planning and scheduling to deliver on-time projects. Procurement of materials and coordination of trade partners. Initiating and controlling communication with clients, production team, and management. Ability to manage multiple projects General carpentry from framing to finishing. Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years experience as a Lead Carpenter or Foreman Proven ability to provide project logistics and required scheduling to achieve specific milestones and goals. Proficiency in multi-tasking is highly desirable. Self-starter motivated to work in an environment with general process guidelines but freedom to innovate. Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on building good relationships with clients and trade partners. Organized and the ability to control a broad range of information and tasks. Expert knowledge of residential construction processes, sequences, and practices. Technological proficiency with the MS Office Suite, and the desire to maximize the utility of web-hosted construction management applications.
