Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IT managed services in AEC and other target industries.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with client CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers.
Partner with internal teams to align services with market needs and ensure exceptional delivery.
Mentor and lead growth-focused team members, setting KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Qualifications
10+ years in business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role within IT services or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven success in driving significant revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
Knowledge of key industries (AEC, healthcare, finance, legal, etc.) is preferred. The ability to learn quickly and keep updated on sector-specific tech trends is essential.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and client decision-makers, with the ability to convey technical solutions in terms of business value. Possesses strong consultative selling skills-listens to client needs and challenges, then articulates how our services address these issues and drive positive business outcomes.
Proven expertise in managing and collaborating with high-performance teams. The candidate must have experience in setting team goals, assessing performance, and mentoring team members to enhance skills in alignment with business objectives.
Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel 10-30% as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Construction Contracts Administrator II at LJA Land Development, you will be responsible for the process and documentation required for administrating construction contracts for projects located within special utility districts, preparing engineering fee proposals and contracts, and providing general administrative support.

They will perform enclosure review to assess air infiltration, rain water control, heat transfer, and vapor transmission. They will perform building performance analysis including evaluate daylighting, solar heat gain, thermal energy transfer, and holistic integration of the enclosure with building mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
A sound technical background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. A technical background in CADD and building performance modeling software is preferred. You'll develop a strong background in building facade and roofing assemblies, understanding of building science and thermal analysis concepts as well as a knowledge of modeling building performance and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities will include:

**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline related to Electrical, Power System, or Renewable Energy.
+ Basic knowledge of power systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy storage systems.
+ Familiarity with software tools such as PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, SKM or similar is a plus.
+ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be a plus.
+ The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
+ Presentation skills with colleagues and clients at all levels
+ Analytical mindset and/or Strategic thinker

Dallas Hiring Range - Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Dallas is $71,500 to $78,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Dallas will differ.

Responsibilities
This individual must be skilled in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D to perform the following tasks: Creating alignments, creating surfaces and contours, generating plan and profile sheets, creating roadway corridors, and using Civil 3D styles for labeling.
As a firm, we are committed to issuing our drawings using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. To be qualified for this role you must have experience and be proficient in the use of the current versions all three.
In this position, the individual will be required to work closely with a team of Civil Engineers and Technicians on a variety of projects.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent + basic drafting/CAD training
Minimum of 2 years Land/Site Development drafting experience
Minimum of 2 years of Civil 3D
