Responsibilities
In this position the qualified individual will investigate and determine the service life of building enclosure assemblies. The qualified individual will assess enclosure systems, and design repairs for existing enclosure systems. They will perform enclosure review to assess air infiltration, rain water control, heat transfer, and vapor transmission. They will perform building performance analysis including evaluate daylighting, solar heat gain, thermal energy transfer, and holistic integration of the enclosure with building mechanical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
A sound technical background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. A technical background in CADD and building performance modeling software is preferred. You'll develop a strong background in building facade and roofing assemblies, understanding of building science and thermal analysis concepts as well as a knowledge of modeling building performance and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Assist Project Manager with project tasks.
Review and organize project-related documents.
Research building codes and industry standards.
Write assessment reports.
Perform field investigations, including non-destructive testing, travel required.
Performance modeling of enclosure assemblies using different software.
Analyze proposed repair/design options.
Design and draft repair drawings and details.
Prepare construction documents such as repair drawings and specifications.
Observe construction and installation of repairs/designs in the field, including quality assurance testing.
Prepare site visit reports and meeting minutes.
Interact with project clients, sub-consultants, and repair contractors.
Qualifications
M.S. in Architectural Engineering or Architecture in Building Science/Building Enclosures/ Historic Preservation.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Architectural Intern track.
Interest in building enclosure design, repair, retrofit and the integrated design and delivery of high performance buildings.
Skills should include:
Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
Computer Aided Drafting/Design (AUTOCAD, REVIT, Rhino, Grasshopper)
Experience with building performance modeling, software preferred (ECOTECT, VASARI, ENERGYPLUS, EQUEST, DESIGNBUILDER, DIVA, IES-VE, THERM, WUFI)

Job Description
AECOM has an opening for an entry level Geologist in our Kansas City, MO office to assist with a variety of projects including data management, site investigations and remediation.
This position is expected to begin in February 2026.
The successful candidate will assist with gathering and analyzing geological, hydrogeological and geochemical data in both the field and office settings. The field activities will consist of soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air and soil vapor sample collection, geological logging and interpretation, and the oversight of subcontractors including laboratories and excavation and drilling companies. The office activities will involve preparation of investigation reports.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting environmental field work, including collecting soil, surface water, groundwater, and remediation system data; soil logging; and fluid level gauging.
* Oversight of contractors conducting field surveys, drilling, well installation, development operations, and utility clearance for intrusive operations.
* Participation in a health and safety team performing inspections, observations, and training.
* Field document preparation, field data collection, processing, and interpretation.
* Supporting office tasks, including data entry, data analysis, report preparation, and maintenance of a records archive system.

**Job Description**
**Regional Business Line Leader (RBLL), Program Management (PgM), U.S. West**
Reporting to the Regional Chief Executive and PgM Global Business Line (GBL) Chief Executive, this role will serve as the leader of the Program Management business within the U.S. West, collaborating with the regional leadership team, GBL leadership team, peer RBLLs in the region, Client Account Managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate all PgM matters in the region.
The role will have both profit and loss (P&L) and sales and growth responsibility. Specifically, the role is responsible for overall strategy, performance, and personnel management for the staff and projects/programs within the regional PgM business line; setting strategy for the region-wide PgM business, including providing strategic advice to other regional business lines; and overseeing a team of market sector leaders delivering programs within the business line. + Direct accountability for all programs, projects, pursuits and staff assigned to the PgM business line.

In this role, you will primarily support remedial operations maintenance and monitoring projects at client facilities and field sites. The candidate will ideally have experience in general construction and environmental remediation/sampling and an interest in hands-on mechanical problem solving). This position can be based out of any AECOM office located in the west, or mid-west regions of the United States.

The focus of your experience must be in the power delivery industry and be associated with electrical engineering with respect to the design of utility scale transmission line development.

In this role, you will primarily support remedial operations maintenance and monitoring projects at client facilities and field sites. Regional Business Line Leader (RBLL), Program Management (PgM), U.S. West
Reporting to the Regional Chief Executive and PgM Global Business Line (GBL) Chief Executive, this role will serve as the leader of the Program Management business within the U.S. West, collaborating with the regional leadership team, GBL leadership team, peer RBLLs in the region, Client Account Managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate all PgM matters in the region.
The role will have both profit and loss (P&L) and sales and growth responsibility. Specifically, the role is responsible for overall strategy, performance, and personnel management for the staff and projects/programs within the regional PgM business line; setting strategy for the region-wide PgM business, including providing strategic advice to other regional business lines; and overseeing a team of market sector leaders delivering programs within the business line. Responsibilities include:
* Direct accountability for all programs, projects, pursuits and staff assigned to the PgM business line.
* Overall responsibility to account for and support the success of PgM programs, projects, pursuits and PgM staff assigned to other business lines.
The RBLL is expected to drive employee engagement and professional development across the business unit and work cooperatively with other regions and business lines to integrate delivery of all of AECOM's services. We are currently looking for Engineers in a veriety of our office locations. You would be responsible for:
Performing structural computations in the design and analysis of concrete, steel or other miscellaneous structures
Creating analysis models and interpreting results for 2D and 3D structural frames
Assisting with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review
Understanding load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculating applicable loads based on appropriate building codes
Assisting with design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports and other project deliverables while working with the structures team
Preparing technical studies and reports
In this position, the individual will be required to work closely with a team of Structural Engineers and/or Project Managers. A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, client-focused attitude is crucial.
Qualifications
Master's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering
4-8 years of experience
P.E. license in your resident state required
Experience with Revit, Rhino or Grasshopper is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
+ Lead and supervise all phases of the projects involving risk complexity, and financial exposure.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and value delivery.
+ Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution, and close-out, using standardized tools and processes.
+ Direct cross-functional teams-potentially across business lines, remote offices, or subcontractor relationships-to deliver successful project outcomes.
+ Ensure all project goals are achieved within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
+ Prepare proposals, define execution strategies, and negotiate and manage contracts.
Operations & Business Support
+ Collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives, resource planning, and business process improvements.
+ Monitor key business metrics (financial performance, resource utilization, client feedback) and recommend actions.
+ Assist in aligning project delivery with broader business objectives including revenue growth, profitability, and client retention.
+ Help optimize team workflows and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
Minimum
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture
+ 10 years of experience in design project management with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects primarily in Sports Design, including two years of leadership, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred
+ Added degrees in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field is a plus.
+ 15 or more years of related experience.
+ PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
+ Strong financial and operational acumen.
+ Experience working across functional teams and leading distributed or hybrid teams.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
+ Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
