The Production Supervisor is responsible for the management and direction of partial production operations at a designated site. The purpose of this role is to plan, direct, and oversee production business concerns, including safety, animal husbandry, personnel management. This person will provide management oversight of day-to-day operations and long-term production work and activities. Oversee areas of animal husbandry, flock management, bird scheduling, and movement. Work with specialty leaders and teams on activities, projects, and issues that address Production personnel, financial, processing, feed management, and other Production matters to ensure strategic and tactical priorities are successfully addressed. The Production Manager will also ensure proper execution of all Production SOPs.
Essential Job Functions
Leadership and Team Management: • Provide leadership, direction, and development to hourly employees • Motivate team members to meet corporate and production goals • Responsible for employee training, documentation, coaching, and counseling • Promote a culture of safety and compliance
Bird Care and Facility Management: • Oversee daily feeding schedule, water availability, and ventilation • Ensure proper care and health of birds • Coordinate with veterinarian and nutritionist for bird health issues • Maintain cleanliness of layer houses (interior and exterior) • Manage mortality extraction and disposal • Implement and maintain rodent, fly, and pest control programs
Production and Quality Control: • Work with production staff to ensure product quality • Minimize egg checks before processing • Achieve production results as per bird strain guidelines and company goals • Coordinate with feed mill for timely delivery and proper formulation
Maintenance and Equipment: • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of layer facilities and equipment • Oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, installation, and maintenance of equipment • Manage parts inventory and ensure equipment safety
Compliance and Regulations: • Maintain compliance with FDA, EPA, USDA, FSMA regulations • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and SQF Program • Follow SE Prevention, Animal Welfare, and Bio-Security Programs • Handle litter in accordance with company policy and regulations
Financial Responsibility: • Develop yearly budget • Implement effective systems for controlling operating expenditures
Communication and Reporting: • Alert management of any issues (BUL, SLPM, GM, Compliance, Corporate Veterinarian, COO) • Ensure availability during off-hours for emergencies • Support SLPM/LPM in maintaining required records and scheduling
Additional Duties: • Coordinate bird placement with pullet facility • Schedule production staff and needs based on demand/forecast • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of poultry husbandry, animal welfare regulations, and biosecurity protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience as a lead/supervisor or manager position.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Manages daily operations of the IT Department including set-up, administration, and problem resolution of Bank networks, software, and physical security.
Collaborates with third party IT managed service providers and/or vendors.
Troubleshoot and identify root cause in a timely manner and provide technical support when needed.
Administrative tasks such as creating/terminating users, assigning user groups, security permissions, group policies, and printers. This includes both on premise active directory and Microsoft 365 cloud-based environments.
Monitors resources to ensure system architecture components work together seamlessly.
Maintains internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
Ensures outstanding tickets are addressed and completes follow up as needed.
Manages and maintains bank security systems such as cameras and alarm systems.
Effectively communicates with staff regarding network or core related disruptions, issues, and/or updates.
Assists ISO by providing operations and administrative support to comply with dual control requirements.
Tests, installs, and implements new software and applications based on Bank needs. Educates staff on the efficient and safe use of bank solutions and technology.
Researches and understands network, system, and application capabilities to mitigate risk to the Bank.
Assists with routine and scheduled audits on all systems, including backups and reports findings to the ISO.
Assists with Audits and Examiners related to IT and Safety and Soundness. Provides corrective action or follow-up for any exam results that are required.
Assists with core and ancillary products including administrative rights and understanding of security set-up.
Works with third party IT managed service provider to set up new hires, position changes or terminated employees for core and ancillary products based on appropriate user security permissions.
Ability to analyze and correlate core parameter settings.
Works closely with key product users and specialists on all Bank applications.
Responsible for updates and enhancements and maintains detailed calendar of scheduled updates. Coordinates updates with third party vendors and IT managed service provider.
Attends monthly Governance Risk and Compliance meetings and provides documentation required for completion of policy reviews.
Assists with vendor reviews.
Maintains and monitors bank hardware inventory.
Assists with Installation of new hardware in coordination with third party vendors with the ability to travel to multiple locations.
Ability to communicate hardware set-up process to branch employees.
Maintains inventory tracking list of where equipment is being utilized.
Ensures hardware updates and enhancements are implemented as needed in coordination with product specialist.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers as needed in all IT c related areas.
Comprehensive knowledge of State, Federal and Bank IT policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Five or more years' experience of network architecture functions and systems administration or related help desk experience.

Seeking Full-time Pig Production Technicians for a sow farm located near Wells, MN. You'll have hands-on interaction with livestock and regular structured routines.
Essential Functions
Ensure the highest standards of the humane treatment of animals.
Follow the farm's bio-security protocols at all times.
Monitor and assist with feeding systems and ensure animals are fed and watered according to respective protocols
Maintain and monitor overall animal health, care and treatment of animals.
Perform routine and seasonal vaccinations and injections as directed.
Perform general facility cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene.
Power wash following the farm's cleaning and disinfection processes, including to pre-check, performing the appropriate preparation, abiding by the safety protocols and ensuring the equipment is in effective and efficient working order.
Assist with the recording and maintaining of accurate production records and documentation.
Follow all safety policies and procedures; and communicate any potential hazards and near misses to the Department Lead or Manager.
Perform heat checking and the breeding/insemination processes
Monitor, test and care for pregnant sows.
Assist with weaning of piglets and movement of animals between barns and departments.
Prepare the farrow rooms, assist in the proper farrowing of sows and day one pig care.
Assist in the fostering of piglets.
Process and castrate piglets.
Adjust and hang heat lamps as required, check on heat mats.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee has constant exposure to dust, animal dander and odor. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees stand and walk on concrete for most of their shift. Seasonally, the employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions within the barn that include heat and humidity.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to move throughout the farm; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, climb, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) weight of up to 50 pounds. Position requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.
