Job DescriptionWaltonen Engineering is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team! Responsibilities
Review finished products to ensure that all specifications and contractual requirements have been met and that component accountability is complete.
Review special process certifications for compliance to customer requirements.
Review final inspection reports of details, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Review and approve Tool Inspection Records, FAI reports, CofC documents, and compile final customer inspection packages.
Follow the companies' document control protocols per the Quality Management System.
Support manual inspection utilizing micrometers, calipers, etc. to ensure the integrity of the components as needed.
Maintain knowledge of customer and industry standards and specifications.
Serve as the primary liaison contact and support for customer quality representatives and source inspectors.
Stay current and up to date on customer quality clauses and standards which may require online accounts.
Physical review of tooling, tool ID, torque striping/bugging, proof load witnessing, vacuum, etc.
Problem investigation and resolution in accordance with Nonconformance/Corrective Action Processes, Quality Manager, Build Lead, Program Manager, etc.
Provide support to the build team, project managers, and other stakeholders by interpreting GD & T specifications and ensuring compliance with identification, paint, coating, welding, and testing requirements in accordance with customer standards.
All employees are required to work within the confines and responsibilities of the quality system
Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance buyoff/engineering position or in aerospace and/or aerospace tooling industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe tools, ensuring timely and accurate creation of professional materials.
Ability to effectively handle tasks in a fast- paced environment
Able to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
Proficient in GD & T interpretation.
Confident in leading processes, projects and looks for opportunities to improve current processes.
Ability to collaborate with the management team to help drive performance and efficiencies.

Supply Chain Specialist

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials required for program needs. This role involves expediting orders, mitigating potential shortages and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Expediting and Shortage Mitigation:
Collaborate with suppliers to expedite parts and materials to meet program requirements and mitigate potential shortages.
Escalate issues within supplier leadership as necessary to address and resolve shortages.
Update shortage report comments to reflect actual delivery promises and commitments.
Participate in and support shortage meetings to provide updates and address concerns.
Exception Management:
Review and validate reschedule-in exception messages to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Update the need-by date on purchase order (PO) shipments as required to align with program timelines.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) buyers on any expediting fees and modify purchase orders accordingly.
Arrange expedited freight and obtain the necessary approvals to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in supply chain activities.
Qualifications Sought
Ability to use or learn the Oracle system and associated computer systems.
Strong communication (oral and written)

THE ROLE
The Project Manager will lead the planning, designing, permitting, assisting, funding, bidding, and performing of construction administration as it relates to civil engineering water and wastewater infrastructure work. Learn the building design process and the pursuit process
Assist with fee development (PSA), proposal, and interview coordination with marketing
Foster client relationships and fellow design team members
Ask clients about other current or upcoming projects
Attend client meetings with senior technical staff members and prepare meeting notes documenting relevant decisions and discussions

Responsibilities
Report to Waltonen Processing Manager
Manage the overall completion of important and complex engineering tasks and projects
Initiate, direct, supervise, and control major and minor engineering projects within a specified area of responsibility - including administrative and technical guidance to a group of employees.
Coordinate needed support resources to achieve project objectives
Manage timing and weld documentation.
Monitor project progress and develop strategies to meet mandatory target dates
Assure necessary coordination between supporting design groups, regulatory functions, and internal activities on a regular basis
Prepare general specifications
Support, coordinate, and execute all quality initiatives
Meet all customer requirements, specifications, and requests
Suggest and support all continuous improvement efforts
All employees are required to work within the confines and responsibilities of the quality system.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Siemens UG/NX for navigation and observation.
Experience in light or heavy automotive body-in-white (BIW) engineering.
Strong organizational and planning skills
High attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes and procedures
Strong written and face-to-face communication skills in large and small teams
Willingness to work overtime as needed, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Siemens Process Designer or eM-Planner
Knowledge of GM standard deliverables (STDS, WESS, SPD, XRWD's).
Understanding of peripheral automotive BIW departments and their deliverables.

Responsibilities
Report to Robotic Simulation Lead
Utilize Process Simulate to simulate the movement of robotic systems
Ensure the robotic layout is collision-free, makes rate, and meets customer standards
Support robotic selection, cycle time optimization, and sequence of operations
Train and mentor junior simulation engineers as needed
Validate tooling and perform offline programming
Meet all customer deadlines and requirements
Collaborate with other groups as required, including Mechanical Design, Processing, and System Layout teams
Qualifications
Demonstrated work experience using Process Simulate software
Experience with Teamcenter or equivalent data management software
Familiarity with Body-in-White (BIW) weld & assembly systems
Exposure to Microsoft Office products
Must be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, ranging from 40 to 60 hours per week, based on project needs
Willingness to take direction and adapt to project requirements
