The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $21.65 to $21.65 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, or related field with all clinical coursework for clinical Child Life Certification completed.
Completion of a 600-hour Child Life internship under the direct supervision of a Certified Child Life Specialist.
Work experience with children, youth, and families in non-healthcare settings also preferred.

Compensation:
The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $21.65 to $21.65 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus.
