Operating hydrovac equipment and performing hydrovac duties in a variety of working environments, including confined spaces
Driving our hydrovac trucks (10-15% of total work time)
Attending safety meetings
Performing routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment
Preparing work areas by setting up safety measures and addressing potential hazards
Documenting and reporting all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification

This Engineering Innovation Leader supports the innovation pipeline - from problem discovery and ideation through evaluation, proof-of-concept, and hand-off into development. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $104,000 to $137,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. The bunkhouse was built on the east side of Dubois in the early 2000's on the Forest Service Work Center compound next door to two Forest Service warehouses, and a horse corral.

**Qualifications**
+ 4-8 years of experience, preferred

+ Experience with GuardianRX, Cperx, Queen City, CMS Wordlink, Omnisys, and Genesis a PLUS
+ Experience in designing, building, deploying, managing, and enhancing applications within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including requirement analysis and system design, and/or software engineering principles
