Chip Kaye joined Warburg Pincus in 1986 and is the firm’s Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Kaye oversees the firm’s investment decisions and leads Warburg Pincus’ Executive Management Group. Mr. Kaye lived in Hong Kong from 1994 to 1999, where he was instrumental in the launch and development of Warburg Pincus’ Asia operations. Mr. Kaye is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, co-chairman of the Partnership Fund for New York City, and a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Advanced Study of India (CASI). Mr. Kaye currently serves on the Board of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Adrienne C. Filipov is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2014 and is the firm’s Chief Human Capital Officer. In this role, she is responsible for new professional selection, recruiting, and development, oversees human resource administration on a global basis, and works with investment teams and portfolio companies on best-practices human capital management. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mrs. Filipov was a Managing Director at Barclays and held several senior operating positions including Chief Operating Officer for the financing and distribution businesses there and at Lehman Brothers. She is on the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children of New York. Mrs. Filipov has a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Christopher H. Turner is a Managing Director in Warburg Pincus' US Private Equity business, a member of the firm's Executive Management Group, and Chief Executive Officer of Warburg Pincus Capital Corporation I-A and I-B, the firm’s Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. Mr. Turner joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 to lead the firm’s Capital Markets Group, a position he held through 2021. He also served as the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer and head of the US Investment Support Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus Mr. Turner was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Turner is a member of the JDRF International Board of Directors, where he serves as Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee, and the Council on Foreign Relations, where he serves on the Committee on Corporate Affairs. He has lectured at Columbia Business School and the Wharton School on Private Equity and Corporate Finance. He received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
