The Wardrobe Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service consistent with Live! Casino core service standards and brand attributes. The Wardrobe Supervisor will provide direct supervision to the Wardrobe Room attendants and will coordinate, control, maintain and distribute Live! Casino TM uniforms. The Wardrobe Supervisor is directly responsible for a full time Wardrobe Room attendant.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Supervises a minimum of 1 Wardrobe Room Team Members.
Responsible for the financial performance of the Wardrobe Room.
Distributes uniforms in accordance with established schedules and practices and policies.
Maintains Wardrobe Room and uniforms in an orderly manner.
Completes accurate quarterly inventory of all uniforms.
Coordinates and manages uniform alterations as needed.
Coordinates dry cleaning and laundry service.
Controls assignment of GIMS controlled lockers and locker bags to team members.
Maintains an accurate inventory of locks and lock combinations.
Ensures repair and maintenance of Wardrobe Room lockers and equipment to include periodic inspection for cleanliness and repair.
Maintains record of repair and cleaning.
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
Proactively greet, interact, and assist casino staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment and thank them when they lend assistance.
Accommodate special and seasonal uniform requests and ensure on time delivery.
Develop and promulgate written operating procedures for the Wardrobe Room.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to follow and understand complex instructions.
Knowledge of how to use a sewing machine.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Possess good math skills for inventory control.
Must be responsive to the needs of all internal and external customers and team members.

Must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two (2) - Four (4) years of experience with uniform and inventory control.
Must have knowledge and experience with alterations, uniform fitting sewing or tailoring.
Two (2) years of qualified experience with the InvoTech system and GIMS software is highly desirable.
You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
