Supervisory Responsibilities: No Essential Job Functions: + Deliver company materials to customers in a professional manner + Effectively and professionally meet and communicate with the public + Drive, automatic/manual transmission vehicle (safely & legally, driving violations may jeopardize your position as a driver) + Shipping and receiving duties; including loading and unloading trucks + Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders to determine items to picked, packed, distributed or shipped/transferred + Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. + Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence + Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department + Use computer and RF guns to manage sales orders, inventory and enter information into business management system + Participate in cycle counting of physical inventory + Open boxes and other containers + Operate wire cutter to cut wire according to customer orders + Operate forklift in warehouse setting + Sweep, dust and mop. Operates company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment as required. Sorts assignments and arranges the most efficient route. Maintains Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations. Organizes products in reverse delivery order and loads in delivery vehicle. Unloads products at customer location and obtains customer signature on packing slip to show proof of delivery. Determines which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales order. Prepares items for delivery to customer. Secures packages to make sure no items are damaged in shipping to customer. May assist with restocking of products on shelves. Performs other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to move up to 100lbs and lift up to 50 lbs. LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Valid driver's license and annual review of driving record.
