Responsibilities:
Receive and accurately read, understand, and follow Pick Tickets for order pulling.
Locate and pull items from inventory and load into carts or other moving equipment.
Transport items from storage area to shipping area or pallets by using carts, moving equipment or forklifts.
Keep accurate reports for stock counts. Mark paperwork (ticket or database) and track inventory accurately.
Update and process pick ticket and move paperwork accurately through next phase of processing.
Update database. Track inventory and mark items with stock codes.
Inspect items for quality and quantity and any evidence of damage and report any problems to Supervisor.
Assist Loaders in preparing order for shipping with staging and packaging.
Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various entry level warehouse operations and dock-related tasks, shipping, moving, handling, and tracking material using proper paperwork.
Provide hands on job-function training to fellow Associates as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient production functions.
Skill Requirements:
Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in timely manner.
Ability to utilize hand trucks, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within warehouse facilities.
Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions.
Work overtime as required by business needs.
Perform job tasks using specific safety tools and actions as provided in training.
Maintain a high percentage of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift certification preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand on two feet, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more a day).
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. requires assistance.
Ability to use both arms and hands fully for tasks such as reaching, feeling, grasping, gripping, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to work in various warehouse conditions, including cold, heat, wind, dust, wet environments, and noisy surroundings
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug and physical screen

High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred);
CDL Class A License (or able and willing to get a CDL Class A License) (required);
1-year warehouse experience (required) (Moving & Storage experience is highly preferred);
Forklift certification is a mandatory expectation of this position. Existing certification is preferred, but the company will train if the desired candidates does not possess;
Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

Duties and Responsibilities
Scan work orders
Create and Print Labels
Ensure accuracy of orders by measuring and counting
Run Picking report
Perform a quick quality inspection of production work orders and resolve any quality issues
Communicate with other departments as necessary
Enter scrap data and update QC log
Assist in the material put away
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Previous material handling/inventory experience preferred
Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced-often changing environment
Must be able to work well with others and function independently
Must be able to assess and prioritize tasks properly
Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow instructions
Must show excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skill
Knowledge of RF scanner is preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
Basic math skills are required

Position Description:
GoldenWolf is seeking a Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Inventory Tech to travel to West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA, and capture basic equipment information such as location, make, model, manufacturing, and name plate data. We will be inventorying most buildings on this campus.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented, resourceful, and self-motivated engineering technician/maintenance mechanic who will be responsible for the following duties:
Identify Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) assets for inventory purposes.
Identify data to include with RPIE inventory.
Review data collected to ensure quality control.
Communicate across multiple platforms to ensure successful inventory capture in a team environment.
Coordinate with military and civilian personnel to achieve RPIE inventory objectives.
Create data reports as necessary.
Participates in daily and weekly meetings as assigned by the client and GoldenWolf manager.
Requirements
Skills:
Experienced with equipment identification.
Strong attention to detail for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection systems.
Experience using technology to support a facility is a plus. Real Property Inventoried Equipment (RPIE) experience and DMLSS or similar CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) background will be given special consideration.
Construction experience, good technical and organizational skills as needed.
Excels working as part of a team.
Education:
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working in facilities maintenance.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:
This role requires prolonged periods of standing, excessive walking through facilities while on site.
