EMPLOYMENT STATUS This is a regular, full-time, hourly position that is deemed “non-exempt” by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which means that any hours worked over 40 will be paid at time-and-a-half, and will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
