Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and warehousing area clean and organized. Be alert for possible merchandise losses. Protect all company assets and report any missing or damaged merchandise to your supervisor. Perform other tasks as asked by warehouse members, store management, or support staff. Check condition of box(es) to ensure that there is no damage Load and unload cargo, or help others with loading and unloading. Load and unload containers. Help other co-workers with unloading and loading. Read transport documents to determine assignment details. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to vehicles. Perform any other duty as assigned. Basic knowledge of hand tools and their usage. Must have good hand eye coordination. Be mechanically inclined. Ability to work independently.
