Job Summary:
With reporting responsibilities to the Customer Success Manager or Warehouse Manager, this position is directly responsible for the day to day dock activities, document preparations and filing. Notify CSR & management immediately concerning shortages or damaged material. Provide photos of damaged material to customer if necessary.
Check freight after labeling to ensure product is labeled correctly.
Track daily all receiving activities on the open order report are completed and updated properly.
Work with other company team members to arrange receiving appointments and pick-up schedules with carriers and port terminal operations.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.
Shipping:
Monitor and maintain the Open Order Report in the Warehouse database.
Review customer orders against shipping requests and insure 100% accuracy of our work instructions that are being issued for order execution.
Contact CSR with any questions on orders.
Prepare bill of lading; pick slip, packing slip and address labels if required.
Match customers provided documents to Pick Slip and BOL.
Issues pick slip, packing slip, and required labels to warehouse staff.
Receive pick slip back from warehouse, check for discrepancies and attach to bill of lading and stage in carriers holding file.
Documents any extra services on picking slip that are forwarded to the CSR for customer billing.
Issue bill of lading to carrier for signature.
Scan sign BOL to customer or CSR.
Provide photos if necessary to customers on freight loaded on to containers/trailers.
Arrange shipments of material.
Assist Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager with special assignments.
Notify Warehouse Management of any discrepancies.

Position Purpose
The Warehouse/Donations Assistant plays a key role in assisting customers and donors by unloading donations, loading purchases, and maintaining an organized and safe donation dock and backroom area. Work Environment:
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The Warehouse Donations Assistant plays a key role in assisting customers and donors by unloading donations, loading purchases, and keeping the donation dock and back room organized. This includes efficiently moving merchandise to and from the sales floor to support daily operations.

Essential Functions
Provide outstanding service to each customer and donor.
Safely and efficiently load and unload donated or purchased merchandise for customers.
Safely and efficiently load and unload ReStore trucks as needed.

Communicate the donation acceptance policy clearly to customers; refer donors to alternative options for items we do not accept.
Maintain working knowledge of ReStore products, services, and customer policies.
Collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers as a supportive team member.
Operate a forklift safely and responsibly as required (certification may be required).
Qualifications Physical Requirements
Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to move and lift at least 75 lbs. with assistance
Ability to work outdoors in all climates

**Summary**
The Warehouse Operator III is responsible for operating all types of equipment for the purpose of performing various duties. Liable for accurate, damage-free movement of pallets and cases of product from the shipping/export dock to the proper trailer/carrier.
***This position is 2nd shift - 2:15 pm -10:15 pm schedule - must be able to work overtime (2 hour max daily) & weekends/holidays as needed.***
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow and understand system designated direction by RF to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
+ Move pallets and cases of product from the shipping/export dock to the proper trailer/carrier in accordance with production standards
+ Transfer single/double stacked pallets and load various trailer sizes maneuvering pallets as required; pinwheel or side-to-side damage free.
+ Apply the proper order packing slip to the pallet within customer compliance guidelines
+ Maintain records of orders / packing slips / pallets loaded on each trailer
+ Verify wave number, pallet number, and carrier designated by the load manifest to ensure accurate selection and movement of product.
+ Review all compliance guidelines as indicated by the system.
+ Provide feedback to warehouse supervisor on matters concerning warehouse operations and recommend measures to improve work methods
+ Retain knowledge of account requirements to prevent the occurrence of compliance failures.
+ Use all warehouse equipment/tools properly to increase productivity, efficiency, safety, and report any unsafe conditions/equipment or injury to warehouse supervisors.
+ Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work environment. This includes restrooms, break rooms, and equipment. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
+ Assist in training new employees
+ Adhere to all warehouse SOPs
**Qualifications**
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules including safe operation of equipment.
+ Maintain business confidentiality relative to picking, promotions, distribution methods, inventory, customer lists and financial reports.
+ Ability to read, count, write, and perform simple math calculations
+ Responsible for the careful handling of all products, avoiding damage of any type
