About the Role:
Collins Equipment is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator. Job Description
The Warehouse Specialist supports the order fulfillment and inventory teams by ensuring incoming product is accurately and efficiently placed throughout the warehouse. Associates move inventory, downstock, support inventory integrity, and support efficient pick flow.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Unload, stock, sort, label, replenish, audit, etc.
Performs, stocking, housekeeping and safety functions
Checks, verifies and audits merchandise to ensure that merchandise has been received and is as ordered and not damaged or defective
Receives, counts and records stock data.
Pack, unpack, and upload location and count into inventory system
Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects
Use tow motor for inventory management throughout the day
Reports to the Department Manager
Physical Requirements:
Frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for up to 8 hours daily
Occasionally required to sit and climb portable stairs and in and out of tow motor
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally move more than 100 pounds
Ability to work in high heat, humidity, or cold, tolerate strong or unpleasant odors, and at times dusty environment

Hand-held scanners - used to find product, pick orders and maintain labels within the department.
Computers- updating shipping documents, printing labels, processing shipments with drivers.
