Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Select package and assemble customer orders according to WMS system using company issued phone and scanner. Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and longfork pallet jacks to hand-stack cases of beverages and move products efficiently. Pull kegs from cooler, verify code dates and load kegs for delivery using WMS systems and scanners. Build, stack, and secure pallets to ensure safe and accurate transport of goods. Load trucks according to driver load sheets; ensure accuracy, secure placement, and proper stacking of pallets and kegs. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure correct product, proper placement, and compliance with loading standards. Notify Supervisor if any product weights need verified/corrected. Audit pallets that fail the quality control process and report on load integrity and accuracy nightly. Operate pallet wrapping equipment in the QC area. Address any equipment faults that may occur. Support "Special Events" loads (e.g., event trailers and specialty kegs). Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workspaces in the warehouse and cooler.
