Still going home sore, frustrated, and wondering if this is really it?
If your current job feels like a dead end - no pride in the work, no respect for your effort, no time left for hunting season, fishing weekends, race nights, or family dinners - you're not alone.
And you don't have to stay there.

We're looking for someone who:
Takes pride in doing things the right way
Pays attention to details others overlook
Shows up - not just physically, but mentally
Wants to be part of a team that has each other's backs

You might be the kind of person who unwinds by:
Hunting or fishing at sunrise
Watching or racing anything with an engine
Coaching your kid's team or grilling with family
Talking sports, not office politics
You value grit, loyalty, and integrity - and you're tired of workplaces that only talk about values but don't live them.

We take care of each other
We enjoy the journey - not just the paycheck
You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, learning equipment, and producing work you can point at and say,
“I did that.”

You don't need a fancy title - but you do need:
A strong work ethic
The ability to read, write, and communicate in English
The mindset to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working on concrete floors
The willingness to work Monday-Friday, with overtime when needed
Experience is a plus, no a requirement - but mindset matters more.
What You Get in Return
We believe good people deserve stability and a future:
401(k)
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
A team that values loyalty over turnover
A workplace that respects your time and effort
This Is the Job You Choose - Not the One You Settle For
If you're ready for work that challenges you, a team that stands with you, and a job that fits into a life you actually enjoy living - Hot Kote at Empire might be your next move.
