Job Description The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the quantity and quality of all product, both food and non-food items that come to the receiving dock and is responsible for placing all product designated as “inventory” in that assigned warehouse location(s). The Warehouse Attendant will ensure that every item that hits the dock has proper documentation for the vendor as prescribed by the purchasing department. The Warehouse Operations Assistant serves as the Arkansas Foodbank's point of contact for pick-up agencies, providing customer service to those agencies and serves in various operations functions that supports the warehouse. The Warehouse Operations Assistant is a vital member of the Operations department and collaborates with them to support the implementation of new strategies, programs or initiatives. The Production Hand will be involved in all aspects of the warehouse. You will be prepping gear for our live events, driving a 26ft box truck, unloading and loading trucks efficiently and effectively, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean - ready to support the many events that take place throughout the year.
