Summary/Objective

Essential Functions
Establishes collaborative relationships with VP of Sales, Sales Zone Directors, Segment & Sales Team members, Distribution Management and Demand Planning to devise and establish evolving inventory management systems.
Support the Demand Plan Team Process regarding SKU Mix and Monthly Ordering including analysis on changes to the business plan to optimize cost, cycle times and inventory levels by location (Virtual/Physical).
Challenge statistical methodology (trending, growth, seasonality, cycles) for line of sight to future demand and inventory requirements.
Performs appropriate statistical analysis using shipment, consumption, and other sources of data to measure weekly product sell-out in support of Demand Planning reorder process.
Analysis & Reporting of out-of-network shipments for corrected product placement.
Support Demand Plan Team & Distribution on analysis of product transfers as necessary to relocate inventory based on demand requirements across current and future distribution networks.
Systemic processing of Transfer Orders in ERP and WMS; both actual transfers and virtual transfers
Management of all Distribution locations Item Journal Entries for scrap, damaged goods, missing inventory, Tire & Wheel assembly movements, and cycle count processes and variations.
Evaluate Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory process for development of sell-out programs.
Collaborating with Finance on Inventory Revaluation process using Inventory Reserves
All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in planning, supply chain, or finance/accounting.
Five (5) + years' relevant experience within inventory management, demand planning, or Supply Chain.
Excellent working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Navision EPR is an asset but not required.
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, modeling, trend, seasonality, etc.).
Strong experience working in a Global multi-entity environment is an asset.
Candidate is required to participate in after hour bi-weekly/monthly calls with global manufacturing team.

Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We're open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can't wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).

Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions

Assemble, build, and transport customer orders

The Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator is a detail-oriented, service-minded team member responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational functions within our Life Sciences fulfillment centers. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs.
Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
Maintain inventory of all materials used.
Compliance to company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Driver's license preferred
Bilingual skill a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.29/ Hour.

Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Full-time, Stock Putaway. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 6pm-2:30am. However, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.
POSITION SUMMARY: As a Stock Putaway, you will be required to operate a reach truck in a safe manner. You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Ubique Group, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skills set.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and /or shipped.
Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
Sorting and placing materials or items on racks.
Filling requisitions or requests for materials and distributes items to shipping or to designated staging area.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 1 year of forklift experience.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Able to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures.
Ability to operate a Reach Truck
