JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY):
The warehouse Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory records, prepares documentation, and supports communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management to ensure efficient and timely warehouse operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
* Inbound (Receiving)
o Process and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, bills of lading (BOL), and packing slips.
o Enter receiving data accurately into the Warehouse management system (WMS).
o Communicate discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damages to supervisors.
o Check in drivers and ensure compliance with site procedures.
o Maintain organized receiving documentation and files.
* Outbound (Shipping)
o Prepare and verify shipping documents, including BOLs, packing slips, and labels.
o Coordinate with dock staff and carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
o Release freight to drivers after verifying load accuracy and documentation.
o Maintain seal control and shipping logs as required.
o Update shipment status in WMS/TMS systems.
* Inventory & Data management
o Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
o Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
o Perform data entry and reporting related to warehouse activities.
o Ensure documentation is complete and filed according to company policy.
* Administrative Support
o Communication with supervisors, warehouseassociates, carriers, and vendors.
o Answer phones, emails, and manage driver windows.
o Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operations reports.
o Support audits, compliance checks, and customer inquiries.
o Serve as acting supervisor when leadership is unavailable.

Looking for a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse. Summary:

Overview

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
May be required to work events and support with running and stocking as needed.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Qualifications

Job Description
Omaha Winlectric is looking for a hard working Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. We are a fast paced company and need you to be as well. You will spend about half your day driving a pick up truck (No CDL required) and the other half your day unloading trucks, receiving and stocking material in the warehouse. We are located at 14515 Meadows Blvd, Omaha, NE 68138.
