Summary:
This individual is fashion obsessed and client and brand centric with all efforts. With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city. This role will act as a representative of Rails in the daily business operations of the store, and support all store initiatives set out by management including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.

Responsibilities:
Performance:
Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store both front of house and back of house
Be a support to execute business plans to accelerate the business forward and remedy opportunities

Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally
Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand
Client Centric:
Support the acquisition and retention of clients are key focuses and as such create and cultivate client relationships for the store and brand overall
Be sure that you and your teams deliver the best possible client experience with every type of engagement (in store, virtual, alternate mediums)
Follow through on customer journey as required to ensure a content client
Support the needs of the client through styling advice and suggestion with every engagement
Solution oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues
Marketing & Community:
In partnership with Store Management Team, bring to life activations/ events in the store that seek client acquisition and focus on client retention/ development
Team Leadership:
In alignment with Store Management continually coach, motivate, train and develop internal teams so they achieve performance goals and are set up for success with growth opportunities within the organization
Support a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners
Support performance management initiatives with store teams
Attend and participate at store meetings as required by the business

Visuals:
Support the image of the store and ensure that is in line with corporate standards and store team is upholding these standards
Operations:
Ensure all inventory initiatives are completed including receiving, return to warehouse, transfers, regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing are completed in accordance to company guidelines as required
Protect all company assets including cash handling, inventory, expenses etc.
Support Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and effective and efficient logistics for merchandise movement
Ensure omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs
Provide support to ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedures
Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business
Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment preferred
Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women's and men's apparel preferred
Ability to effectively create, manage and adhere to deadlines
Familiar with key retail performance indicators
Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
Advanced organizational skills, writing and communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices

Assist in the development and execution of logistics plans, policies, and procedures to support the DoD Joint Program objectives

Required skills/experience areas include:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in a DoD or military environment
Knowledge of DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to logistics and material management

Job Summary

Video Specialty Duties
Prepare, test, clean, organize, and maintain video equipment, which may include the following:
LED wall panels and modules

Video switchers (e.g., ATEM, Christie Digital)
Projection systems (Epson, Christie), lenses, and filters
Playback and graphics systems
Video routers and converters
Fiber, SDI, HDMI, CAT6, and power cabling
Engineering racks, frames, and accessories
LED tile QC, module swaps, power/signal checks, and processor boot-up testing.
Camera, projector, switcher, or playback device power-up and functional checks.

Assisting in maintaining video documentation, labels, asset tags, and shop organization

Prepare and assemble video gear packages per project pull sheets and technical specifications.
Verify counts, check completeness, and ensure all gear matches project requirements.
Use Flex Rental Solutions (or equivalent system) for check-in, check-out, scanning, and equipment tracking.
Maintain accuracy and accountability for all video equipment movements.
Ensure all gear is packed safely, efficiently, and professionally for transport.
Support warehouse workflow including staging, case labeling, and project consolidation.
QC, Repairs & Maintenance
Perform detailed quality control inspections for all video gear returning from shows.
Diagnose basic video issues, cables, faulty SDI or fiber runs, damaged connectors, or mislabeled components.
Perform LED tile testing, module replacement, tile alignment checks, and signal/power verification.
Build and repair SDI, HDMI, CAT6, and other video cable types as needed.
Perform connector maintenance, cleaning, and power/data cable QC.
Document gear issues, damage notes, and repair needs; escalate to Shop Specialist or Department Lead as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment and follow safety protocols at all times.
Cross Departmental Support & Onsite Assistance

e. All items on shelves are to be clean and in good working condition.
f. Drop off and pick up miscellaneous laundry and dry clean

a. List any items to be ordered prior to being out of stock
b. Ensure that all loose items are plastic wrapped and organized accordingly
c. Keep track of inventory, notify manager of any missing items, such as but not limited to APP & Morgan Linen

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Warehouse role is to assemble and deliver customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Camp Pendleton - On-Site
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (can vary based on store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be involved in warehouse operations which includes receipting for material or moving material to retail floor and warehouse.
Pack and Inspect Orders that have been filled and completed, verify stock count and accuracy and produce Packing Slip, correct any and all order errors, produce MSDS sheets and any other internal document required by customer, sign off on Quality Review and move order on to shipping station.
Conduct regular product warehouse inventories.
Participate in area maintenance to include cleaning floors, work tables and stations, distribution office, repack areas, receiving areas and staging areas.
Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment to include ensuring fork lifts are connected to electrical recharges on a daily basis.
Communication with customers, base supply managers and other employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate, with two years relevant training.
Through working knowledge of Warehouse operations.
Forklift experience is required. Warehouse experience in the military or commercial environment is required.
