    **Warehouse Worker Lead - Cedar Rapids, IA** **About the Role** + Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks. + May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required. + May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned. + Directs daily work flow of a team. + Shuttle loaded trailers to the facility and return with empty trailers to be reloaded. + Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded. + Have empties in the appropriate docks to be loaded. + Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked. + Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties as to not slow down the loading process. + Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory. **Shift and Schedule:** + Full-time + Monday- Friday + 5AM - finished + Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed is required + This position will require working a later shift randomly throughout the year. **About You** We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
