Ensure that the Cold/Cool Chain is not broken when shipping temperature-controlled packages. Responsible for data entry and inventory management for shipments leaving the facility and producing the necessary documentation for shipments leaving all departments. This includes assisting with Clinical Kit distribution process as required. Maintain excellent customer service for internal and external clients, ensuring high levels of communication is maintained throughout the processes. Complete and provide shipping documentation to clients as necessary.
