Job Overview
We are hiring WarehouseAssociates for basic warehouse and operational work. This role involves receiving, shipping, loading/unloading, packing, palletising, and cleaning duties. The position requires physical activity, including lifting, standing, walking for long periods, and working in a refrigerated environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform general warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Relabeling, repacking, inspections, and serialised product handling (GMP services)
Down-stacking and palletising products
Use RF scanners, rolling carts, tape guns, and Klever cutters
Rotate inventory and stock shelves appropriately
Prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Verify received merchandise against documentation and report discrepancies or damage
Process returns and performs basic data entry
Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy research
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work independently on assigned tasks within a team environment
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulations
Work Environment
Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (24°F)
Associates will rotate in and out of the cooler every few hours
PPE will be provided onsite

Valor Oil is seeking a Warehouse Team Member. In this role, you will ensure order fulfillment and meet customer schedules while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with blending and packaging lubricants, maintaining equipment, and loading trucks for delivery. Responsibilities
· Double-checking that all blend sheets for lubricants are correct and submitted at the time of blending.
· Monitoring lubricant stock levels to ensure adequate inventory is maintained.
· Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
· Assisting with the maintenance of the truck fleet and forklifts as needed.
· Filling drums and pails with lubricants and additives.
· Picking and staging orders for delivery in partnership with management and sales to meet customer schedules.
· Painting and setting up lubricant and fuel tanks as needed.
· Ensuring that all race orders are double-checked and signed off on daily.
· Performing month-end physical inventories for lubricants, race fuel, bulk fuels, and package inventories to ensure accuracy.
· Ensuring the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
· Participating in weekly inventory meetings and conducting weekly bulk inventories.
· Ensuring the back of the lot is orderly.
· Recommending order requirements to meet customer needs.
· Maintaining required inspections as assigned.
