Show Imaging Drivers are responsible for safe, timely, and professional transport of company-owned and leased vehicles to show sites, client locations, and vendor sites. This role also plays a critical part in warehouse operations, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and organization of vehicles and storage areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Safely operate company trucks and vans, ensuring adherence to all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules, licensing requirements, traffic laws, and road regulations Plan safe and efficient travel routes, maintain transport schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance Complete and maintain accurate Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (Pre/Post DVIR) and logbooks via Samsara Driver App Load and unload gear safely, ensuring all items are properly secured with straps and chain binders before transport Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle interiors and cargo spaces, and report any accidents or injuries immediately to the supervisor or manager Assist with general warehouse responsibilities including load-in/load-out activities on show sites and at the warehouse, supporting logistics and event operations Organize gear for transport by reviewing pull sheets, supporting quality control processes, and participating in gear check-outs Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and follow receiving and invoicing protocols Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed while following all safety protocols and participating in regular safety meetings and inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Demonstrate professionalism, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure operational consistency and excellence Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 1 or more years Class C Driver experience Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. 1 year warehouse equipment and machinery experience (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Ability to drive 26' truck -Non CDL, A license is adequate Must submit to health scan, physical exam, and drug testing as required by DOT Excellent verbal and written English communication skills High school or equivalent Must possess valid California driver's (Class C) license with clean DMV record Ability to safely and comfortably drive and dock any size vehicle up to and including 53' tractor/trailers Must be of age 21 and up PHYSICAL DEMANDS Comfortable sitting for extended periods Ability to repeatedly climb in and out of the vehicle, lift, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, stretch, pull, push, stand Lift, move, and transport equipment, materials, and tools weighing 50 lbs.(unassisted) or more to complete assigned projects Work in various climates and conditions including warehouse and outdoor elements (e.g. noise, dust, weather) Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs, when applicable Work at a height of up to 30 feet or more and on mezzanine level, when applicable Disclaimer: All descriptions have been reviewed to ensure that only essential functions and basic duties have been included.
