The inventory team and this position is responsible for 'can't finds', replenishment, cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies and proper storage mediums. Key Responsibilities Follow and implement the approved cycle count process which will involve knowledge of the materials/locations system and included skills such as problem solving of discrepancies. Highlight areas of concern associated with inventory problems and highlight statement of facts surrounding the property loss, damage, destruction, or additions of materials. Adopt a pro-active rather than a reactive approach. Utilizes system reports to identify inventories to both systematically and physically move between. Utilizes system reports to identify items/locations to restock daily. Also will restock warehouse supplies between buildings. Relocates and reworks product when necessary. Reviews discrepancies recorded by the put-away/replenishment personnel and researches item and location records to resolve issues. Re-slot materials based on size, volume, and direction. Identify and help resolve any barriers that would hinder the receiving, put-away, replenishment, or shipping process. Process customer returns. All other duties as assigned.
