Role Overview

Essential Duties

Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Education

One to two years' retail experience

Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits preferred

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.
+ Work with Serco's vehicle supplier to coordinate vehicle use and transport of personnel to and from the site.
+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.
+ Track and report large purchase order status as necessary with support from Serco's purchasing group.
+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.
+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**

+ Ability to travel over 90% of the time
+ Valid U.S Passport required (more than 6 months from expiration date)
+ A High School diploma and technical training in construction or technical field
+ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, or construction and construction related projects

+ Working knowledge of MS Office applications
+ Experience with CostPoint inventory software, or similar applications
+ Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, presentation, and construction documentation comprehension skills

+ Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record

This job is a multifunctional role. The primary nature of this job is to serve as a Warehouse Operator. Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator monitors and controls the production demand for raw material, packing material and finished goods by aligning with the production plan and coordinating with purchase, production, etc. to support manufacturing effectively and ensure compliance to cGMP and safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain the availability of required materials as per production plan to ensure uninterrupted production and help achieve manufacturing OTIF
* Schedule the materials to purchase by aligning with the production plan and regularly following up for delivery
* monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning & sourcing team for replenishment of stocks
* Indent material for new product launches as per the requirement by coordinating with production and follow-up with purchase for timely delivery
* Provide status of new products material to tech transfer during new product meetings
* Monitor the store operations for compliance to cGMP and set standards to meet the regulatory requirement and to ensure audit readiness.
* Ensure proper receipt, verification, segregation, storage, labelling and accounting of Packing Materials
* Monitor material is stored as per proper storage condition with required segregation as per the material property and its storage condition
* Ensure all the required material is received as per SOP & is accounted properly
* Ensure to monitor retest schedule and raise retest note timely for Packing Materials and get them released as per packaging plan
* Ensure cross contamination of material is prevented while handling i.e. by following all procedure strictly
* Collate and prepare change controls, deviations, qualifications and validations studies documents as per cGMP
* Ensure real time correct data entries in the system and on documents by reviewing the documents during dispensing
* Generate report of next inspection date of materials and raise GRs as per production demand.
* Prepare receipt, issuance/dispensing and accounting of materials.
* Follow-up for clearance of rejected material with purchase for timely removal from unit by coordinating with unit QA.
* Control and handle the damaged container as per SOP.
* Manage the disposal of non-moving or slow moving items and ensure clearance of items before expiry to control the cost of inventory.
* Review the non-moving, low shelf life items periodically and ensure timely disposal
* Coordinate with other Cipla locations, purchase and planning for salvage of non-moving inventory.
* Ensure safety requirements are met by timely updating the team about revised guidelines to avoid any incidences or accidents within department to comply to the HSE norms.
* Monitor the use of proper safety appliances while handling the materials during receipt and dispensing by store personnel
* Identify potential hazards and hazardous materials and ensure proper handling for storage, receipt and issuance
* Maintain sanitation and hygiene in stores facility to ensure audit readiness
* Ensure correct status labelling for materials, accessories and equipment by checking the labels
* Monitor the activities related to new equipment like purchase, commissioning and handover etc. as per cGMP requirement to facilitate smooth operations
* Procure new equipment as per product requirement and GMP requirement

Qualifications:
* Graduate or D. Pharm. from an accredited college or university degree required.
* 5-8 years of experience in stores of a pharmaceutical organisation knowledge of material management module in SAP and cGMP in stores
* Proficiency in the English language (Speaking/Reading/Writing) to understand work instructions and document results.
* Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment highly preferred.
* Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safety conscious method of working both on and off site.
Driving in a safe and courteous manner at all times.

Description
Under general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, this part-time position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods and preparing orders for shipment. Pick items from shelves and placing them in totes, and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties
• This position is a part-time position. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 3:30pm - 8:30pm.
• Pick, pack, wrap and load product for delivery to customers
• Insure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Safe operation of all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
• Receive merchandise and stock shelves
• Assists with inventory procedures as requested
• Participates in physical inventory counts, as assigned, to verify the accuracy of parts on hand
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
• Utilize computerized WMS (warehouse management system) and RF scanners
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

• Making of hydraulic hoses to include cutting, fitting, crimping, and operation of hose assembly tooling

The Big Task
Responsible for driving to various wholesalers/job sites to deliver and pick up parts and paperwork.
Key Sub Tasks
Shipping and pickups - delivery to and from job sites, customers, and supply sources - remove, haul, and dispose of debris from job sites.
Pick up work orders and payments from technicians when making deliveries and return items to office.
