Responsible for carrying out the directions given by the Warehouse Manager. Responsible for the execution of logistics functions of receiving, processing, and storing all items in the warehouse. Responsible for the sending out of inventory to internal and external customers with absolute accuracy based on the shipping list. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining a safety conscious method of working both on and off site. Driving in a safe and courteous manner at all times. Presenting a professional representation to all internal and external customers at all times. Load and unload all deliveries and pick ups in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain the accuracy of the inventory through strict adherence of established processes and procedures. Notify the warehouse manager of any missing, lost or damaged materials, equipment or inventory. Notify the warehouse manager of any issues impacting safety of the warehouse, facility, or equipment. Properly log any inventory entering the warehouse or leaving the warehouse by strictly following established processes and procedures. Follow all established processes procedures and policies when operating any and all equipment required to accomplish assigned tasks. Follow instructions given by warehouse manager. Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and well organized Communicate effectively with coworkers and warehouse manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the logistics team. Minimum/Preferred Requirements Education: High School or equivalent Experience: Entry level Knowledge/Skills: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with the field and warehouse. Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday-Friday Pay: $24-$26/hour DOE • Maintain accurate inventory balances across all locations based on goods received, produced, consumed, damaged, disposed, or shipped. • Conduct and oversee routine cycle counts and weekly/monthly physical inventories; investigate and resolve variances. • Perform regular bin cleanouts, location audits, and inventory housekeeping. • Ensure inventory procedures are followed consistently and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Monitor ERP inventory transactions and resolve failed or incomplete receipts. • Ensure daily production consumption and batch closeouts are completed accurately; investigate, correct, and document missed or incorrect transactions. • Review work order transactions and coordinate with Production and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate closeout. • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts Payable to ensure records are aligned. • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory reports. • Provide production floor coverage for consumption and inventory activities, including backup coverage during absences. • Support material flow to production to minimize downtime and ensure correct materials are available at point of use.
