Job DescriptionSalary: $22 - $24 The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for all inventory in the Warehouse to ensure items are accurately stocked and stored in the appropriate areas. The Inventory Control Specialist also assists in all areas of the Warehouse as needed. Overtime may be required to meet Warehouse needs. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders and ensuring that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the Company's systems. Their primary duties include controlling the product flow, tracking inventory, analyzing inventory discrepancies, and notifying staff of irregularities. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare documents, such as orders, manifests, and invoices to route products. Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space assignment, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. Recognize, report, and resolve any product safety issues. Accurately track and label all cannabis material using METRC/GrowFlow. Reconcile orders to manifests and invoices on a daily basis.
