Warehouse Coordinator/ Forklift operator Experience Level: 1-3 Years Contract- 2 Years Client -Georgia Power Education Required: High School Diploma The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including safely loading and unloading materials, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring a clean and orderly work environment. The ideal candidate has basic forklift experience, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Safely load and unload warehouse materials using a forklift. Assist Senior Storekeepers in organizing and putting away materials. ABOUT THE ROLE This function serves as on-site labor in the logistics area of the storeroom, including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, client interface, customer service and computer transaction entry. The focus of this position is to service the client with their parts and inventory needs including: locate stock and deliver stock items to their destination outside of storeroom upon request or per Kanban, receive stock, issue materials to client, and use systems to track inventory as well as to locate and verify inventory for the client. This position is a regular, frequent point of contact with the client and requires a strong, effective customer service capability.
