Support a positive work environment with teams and throughout store network including cross functional partners

Support Client Consignment business, ensuring a quick turnaround, strong take rate, and effective and efficient logistics for merchandise movement
Ensure omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store, with a focus on achieving Omni-specific KPIs
Provide support to ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, and internal procedures
Partner with cross functional partners including Stores within network, Operations, Visual Team, CRM, Retail Training, HR, Merchandise teams, Regional management as necessary
Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business
Requirements:
At least 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment preferred
Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women's and men's apparel preferred

Familiar with key retail performance indicators

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Service Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Phoenix Warehouse, Bullfrog's technical team is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Successful candidates will be fixing new and used Hot Tubs and Swim Spas. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, any other hot tub related skills preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate a forklift
Follow written instructions
Operation of general hand tools
Clean interior and exterior of spas
Install aftermarket accessories
All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality
Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell
Pull and load show spas and POS material
Minor trailer maintenance
Assist Warranty team when needed
Assist Sales team when needed
Spa repair both major and minor
Work with local delivery team when needed
General house keeping
Data entry
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read, analyze, interpret common customer information
Ability to read service manuals
Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications
Pass a forklift operations program.
BONUS SKILLS WE PREFER
Experience in Pools and Spa repairs
Experience in Electrical
Mechanically inclined
Valid Drivers
Clean Driving record
Ability to work in hot temperatures

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30a-3pm

Work Location: Phoenix Service Center
Reporting: This position reports to Retail Service and Delivery Manager
