The Soccer Factory is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our orders for custom soccer apparel and equipment are fulfilled accurately and on time, while maintaining organized inventory and strong communication with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of soccer apparel, uniforms, and gear. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation for high-volume and custom products. Monitor inventory levels and identify commonly sold items running low, providing timely updates to the sales department to prevent stock shortages. Collaborate closely with the sales team to anticipate order needs and communicate product availability. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork. Implement and enforce safety, quality, and organizational standards throughout the warehouse. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of products. Develop and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce errors. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, apparel, or sporting goods. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in custom sports apparel, uniform production, or e-commerce fulfillment. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles specific to athletic products. RESPONSBILITIES: * Assist Parts Manager in maintaining inventory on a daily basis * Checking in orders, stocking orders, as well as prepping orders for returns to manufacturer. * Handling claims. * Ensure that unused "outside purchase parts" are returned to vendors, when needed. * Assist in preparing for annual parts inventory. * Take messages for counter people & Parts Manager when they are unable to answer the phone. * Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. * Keeps accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. * Unloads truck every day and turns in required paperwork. * Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed. * Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management. * Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department. * Maintains professional appearance at all times. * Maintains high ethical standards in all actions. REQUIREMENTS: * Basic skills with computer and other office machines. * Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary. * Team player * Good customer service and communication skills * Ability to learn in a fast paced environment * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Pass drug test * Self-disciplined * Self-motivated * Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard * Lift up to 70 pounds * Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment * Able to work in an environment that is dusty and where various chemical compounds and paint is used * Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. The following is a list of Delivery Driver/Warehouse job duties. These responsibilities and physical requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibilities Team members will be walking or standing for most of every workday; the remaining time will be spent sitting/driving a company vehicle, sitting at a desk, or working in the warehouse. Must accurately identify products, requiring basic reading skills and learning about the company's products. Identify incoming shipments, compare products received to the packing slip, noting any differences, and forward the packing slip to Order Processing on time. Put a delivery run together, organize deliveries, and log deliveries into a delivery log. Stock products on shelves in a first-in, first-out order. Pull products based on delivery tickets and double-check the order for accuracy. Responsible for processing UPS and motor freight shipments. Load all products into a delivery truck and drive and unload all products at customer's locations. When delivering the product, a driver is responsible for having the customer sign the delivery ticket accepting the order. One copy should be given to the customer and the other to Order Processing when the driver returns to the branch office. Hose Assemblies Conveyor belt cuts · Must be able to assemble a delivery run by pulling, organizing, inspecting for accuracy, and logging deliveries into the delivery log daily. Assist Branch and/or Operations Managers in other areas as needed. Physical Requirements Employee must be able to lift products to 70 pounds daily. Heavy products are stocked from ground height to 6' in size. Product to be delivered must be lifted into the back of trucks approximately 3' height for ¾ ton trucks and 4' height for large trucks. Ability to climb stairs with products in hand to be delivered to customers or our locations. The driver / warehouse employee will safely drive and handle all materials in accordance to the company standards of service.
