Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
Unload incoming deliveries per quality work instructions
Opens boxes, and other containers, using company approved hand tools, i.e. company issued box cutters.
Convey products and items from receiving areas to storage (i.e., coolers, shelves, etc.) or to other designated areas by hand, pallet jack, or other.
Sort and place product or items on racks, shelves, coolers or bins according to predetermined sequence, such as date of expiration, size, type or product code.
Fill requisitions, work orders, or request for product or other stock items and distribute in a timely manner per work instructions.
Assemble orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves.
Verify quantities, record amount of product or items received or distributed and shortages and damages.
Keep warehouse/product storage areas in order
Unload incoming deliveries per quality work instructions and verifies against packing slip.
Maintain consistent communication with Purchasing Department Director, Manager's and Lead regarding new items, change of brand names, change of location, count, incoming shipments, etc.
Uses proper and safe methods when operating all warehouse equipment, i.e. pallet jacks.
Notify manager of "out of stocks".
Follow directions from Managers/Warehouse Lead
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Educational Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape wood, and other materials to create or modify doors or sidelights and transoms.

This role is responsible for bulk and on demand purchasing, maintains accurate par levels, forecasts supply needs based on upcoming events, develops and maintains vendor relationships, and ensures inventory accuracy across multiple locations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Logistics and Facilities, this role is integral to product development, warehouse and logistical operations, and equipment management for all lines of business.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive compensation range of $55,000-$65,000 annually, based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purchasing and Procurement
Performs bulk and on demand purchasing for food, beverage, equipment, and consumables.
Generate purchase orders, track fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery.

Analytics and Reporting
Produce purchasing and inventory reports using Excel and company systems.
Forecast supply needs using historical trends, event projections, and seasonal patterns.
Data management includes normalization, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and data governance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 + years of purchasing or procurement experience.
· 2+ years' experience within food & beverage, catering, restaurant or a related business.
· Intermediate or higher knowledge of excel including tables, formulas, functions, formatting, presentation, analysis, and reporting.
· A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages and productivity tools. (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana or Slack, cloud data storage).

Job Description:
Operating a straight truck safely and legally.
Maintaining documentation.
Use of Electronic Logging Device (ELD's)
Delivering products to customer's homes (customer service skills A MUST!!!)
Must be professional in delivery of product(s) to home and respect customer's property.
Physical work-- loading and unloading products from appliances to electronics·
Multi-stops- several different appliances to deliver including refrigerators.
We deliver to all home types such as apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, etc.
Newly incorporated power-assist hand trucks which assist in lifting the products

Kenco is in the search for professional, customer service driven drivers! This position starts out as an Occasional Driver or Part Time!
Minimum Qualifications:
Does not require a CDL but does require 1 yr verifiable employment driving a box or straight truck.
Good driving record
Must be able to work with another driver as this is a team driving position
Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
If driver holds a CDL, Must be registered in the National Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse with a clear record.
Stable employment history
Must have customer service/delivery experience
Must be willing to be out for overnights throughout the week depending on what location you are delivering to.
Employment verifications will be completed to verify driver has adequate experience and to verify driving history with former employers.
