PBNA 18.40 This labor\-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of alcohol product for route trucks. Loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Works from Electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and\/or electronic pallet jack. Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper\/receiver documentation. Follows warehouse instructions in building loads. Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on workload and may vary daily.
Route truck loading involves selecting designated packages or pallets of alcohol product from the warehouse and loading them into the truck. Product\/packages for each truck are customized based on the salespersons order.
Position is responsible for unloading returned products and pallets\/plastic flats. Position is also responsible for unloading finished product from transport trucks.
Position requires the following (to be completed with or without a reasonable accommodation): Lifting a very high volume of cases of product per day from 20\-45 pounds per case repeatedly during a long work period. Requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting reaching and grasping as product is moved.
PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet\/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
* Mark load ticket for out of stock items

Requirements HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:
* Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector\/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack\/forklifts, etc.)
* Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
* Working with racking systems and loading\/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on\/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
* Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co\-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)

The Forklift Driver will drive electric powered, or propane powered industrial truck with lifting devices such as a forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier or move products, material, and equipment. This person will be responsible for obtaining and transporting proper packaging supplies to production staging area from warehouse storage, as well as transport pallets of finished product from production to shipping areas in a timely manner.
Collect, rotates, dumps and stores raw product into cull trailers, rotates stock in cold storage on rare occasion, inventories stock in cold storage, and accomplishes all other tasks requiring the use of specified heavy equipment
Obtain supplies from warehouse storage racks for production and transport to appropriate staging areas as required
Remove packing, banding and place in proper receptacles, remove empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the dumpster or other appropriate receptacles
Transport pallets of finished product from production to shipping areas with Forklift
Inspect equipment at beginning and end of each shift
At the end of the shift, responsible for removal of raw product and solid waste from food contact surface and properly clean and sanitize the production facility area/grounds and equipment
Cover and protect sensitive equipment with canvas/plastic cover
Apply cleaning chemicals to all machinery
Use centralized and/or portable foaming systems
Help disassemble equipment.
Apply heavy-duty chemicals to breakdown accumulated sugars
Apply concentrated sanitizer to walls and overhead
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:
Loading/Unloading product.
Pick, assemble, and prep furniture for delivery. (wrap, bag, and protect)
Check off and audit furniture scheduled for daily and next-day deliveries.
Operate various warehouse equipment, including order pickers (up to 40ft in the air) and scan guns
Evaluate product with management.
Prints Zebra labels and places them on each return.
Make sure the area is cleaned before the end of the shift.
All other duties assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Unpacking, examining, and routing incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages, and corresponding with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
Operating lift trucks, forklifts, scissor lifts, or hand trucks to convey, move, or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
Maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Performing all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
Supporting the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sales to our customer base.
Maintaining an adequate supply of shipping materials.
Resolving material needs and inventory control issues as they arise.
Updating computer-generated inventories and documents.
Facilitating fulfillment orders by gathering materials or inventory.
Programing Motorola Radios (training will be provided).
Making pickups and deliveries to suppliers for parts and raw materials using a company van, as needed.
Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and following proper safety procedures.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Shipping and Receiving.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, such as Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with Radio Frequency, preferred.
