Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years of logistics and warehouse operations experience. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory accuracy, operating WMS systems, operating forklift, and handling data analysis using Excel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Operate and manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies
Operate forklifts and ensure safe forklift operations in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Prior experience as a Supervisor or Lead preferred
Strong working knowledge of WMS systems
Certified and experienced forklift operator
Solid experience in inventory management and cycle counting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in distribution center or 3PL warehouse environment
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

ROLE SUMMARY: The Warehouse Technician I This is an entry level position in the warehouse, supporting warehouse activities. This entails transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout the distillery, loading and off-loading of trucks for receipt/shipment, and the building and delivering of Tasting Room orders using the forklift.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using forklifts and pallet jacks to transport finished goods and raw materials around the warehouse.
Loading and unloading of trucks at dock.
Arranges and stages finished goods loads for orders, aligning with production schedule to ensure timely staging of finished goods orders for shipping.
Escalates issues to management
Receive and distribute raw materials throughout organization.
Stack and palletize finished product and prepare for storage.
Use a forklift to move materials and finished products.
Shuttle packaging between warehouses utilizing company truck.
Unload packaging materials from pallets.
Load finished products onto pallets.
Maintain cleanliness of primary and secondary warehouses.
Adhere to all safety precautions, rules and guidelines.
Performing duties of Production team member when needed.
Embraces and fulfills the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years' experience in forklift operations required.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
Experience with Inventory processes (preferred).
Experience driving non-CDL Box Truck (preferred).
Prior shipping/receiving experience (preferred).
