Employment Logistics :
This position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Our Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery and are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system and verifying deliveries.

Your Mission in Motion:

* Assists drivers in the checkout process verifying that all packages are out for delivery. Report missing or not out for delivery packages. Prepare packages to go out for delivery if needed.
* When needed, communicate with customers regarding their package status.
* Research, analyze, and report on daily compliances to management and prepare business reports as needed.
