Responsibilities

TEAM warehouse coordinator job description
Handles all aspects of the shipping/receiving function for the Facility. This includes the accurate processing of paperwork, proper packaging of out-bound materials, and safe and efficient handling of all materials. May be required to operate a forklift to transport good and materials of all kinds about the facility. Duties also include managing client owned assets and components through our software solution.
WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES:
1. Unloads incoming shipments upon verification of bill of lading and packing list.
2. Accurately records materials received on the appropriate purchase orders and distributes copies of same to the appropriate personnel.
3. Verifies the accuracy of out-bound shipments regarding part number and quantity.
4. Properly package out-bound shipments to ensure that the contents arrive at their destination in an undamaged condition.
5. Maintains files of open purchase orders awaiting receipt of materials ordered.
6. Distributes materials received to the warehouse or inspection area.
7. Operates appropriate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Maintains good housekeeping in all assigned work areas.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
