KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership, Development, Collaboration and Operational Excellence
Develop and implement warehouse optimization programs including slotting strategies, labor planning, and automation initiatives.
Align warehouse operations with broader supply chain objectives to maximize EBITDA contribution and customer satisfaction.
Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve throughput.
Optimize warehouse layout, material handling processes, and inventory control for efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Champion advanced WMS functionality and automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure seamless material flow and order fulfillment.
Partner on production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory strategies to support business objectives.
Act as a liaison for systemic issue resolution and process alignment across departments.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and SQF standards while maintaining a Safety-First culture.
Maintain robust SOPs and lead audits related to food safety and inventory integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum five (5) years of warehouse or distribution management experience, ideally in food manufacturing or cold storage.
Proven success in improving inventory turns, OTIF performance, and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications preferred.

The Warehouse Palletizer Technician is responsible for efficiently and accurately stacking, organizing, and preparing products on pallets for shipment or storage. Essential Functions
Under moderate supervision, ensure the proper operation of assigned equipment.
Ensure proper products are being processed per production.
Load and operate machines at a set speed with minimal process interruptions.
Troubleshoot production issues and report them immediately.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventor accuracy.
Ensure a continuous flow of product and monitor for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels.
