Load outbound shipments safely and accurately onto trucks. Unload inbound products, inspect, and place them in the correct cooler or dry storage area. Perform visual quality checks on all products before shipping. Use pick sheets to build pallets to customer specifications. Wrap pallets, label them, and prepare them with any required temperature controls. Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse areas, including coolers and docks. Assist in repacking produce as needed, following company standards. Record inventory movement, complete paperwork accurately, and perform cycle counts. Follow all company food safety and general safety procedures. Work closely with supervisors, team members, and other departments to get the job done. Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Attend food safety training and complete required documentation. Immediately clean up spills or any unsanitary conditions. Follow proper equipment cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Ensure repacked or handled product meets all food safety guidelines. Skills & Expectations Able to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken). Must be a team player and able to assist coworkers as needed. Strong attention to detail, especially with quality and accuracy. Able to lift, move, and stack boxes or pallets of produce safely. Comfortable working in a cold environment (refrigerated warehouse). Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Must have produce or perishables experience. Work Environment Work takes place in cold storage, with daily physical activity. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years of logistics and warehouse operations experience. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory accuracy, operating WMS systems, operating forklift, and handling data analysis using Excel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping Operate and manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies Operate forklifts and ensure safe forklift operations in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations Train, assign, and supervise warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards Prepare and analyze operational reports using Microsoft Excel (inventory reports, productivity tracking, error analysis, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams to support inbound and outbound logistics Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications (Must-Have) Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Prior experience as a Supervisor or Lead preferred Strong working knowledge of WMS systems Certified and experienced forklift operator Solid experience in inventory management and cycle counting Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution center or 3PL warehouse environment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plan 401K Plan w/ Employer Match Life Insurance Plan Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Location: Irvine, CA Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
